Abhishek Rana 24 November 2018 2:28PM An Investment Management Firm with operations in retail and real estate is seeking driven and meticulous Administrative Assistants to assist in the optimisation and expansion of its operations.
Role Responsibilities
• Communicating with clients and stakeholders via phone and email
• Marketing the Firm’s offerings online and keeping its online listings up to date
• Maintaining the Firm’s social media presence and implementing strategies for effective client engagement
• Booking appointments for the inspection of properties
• Conducting inspections of the available properties
• Being the first point of contact for all client queries and feedback
• Accurately lodging complaints and escalating matters through the right avenues
• Working on appropriate measures to achieve the resolution of matters
• Engaging external contractors and maintenance workers to address issues as per requirement
• Generating invoices, following up on and recording payments
• Rostering the shifts for the housekeeping and logistics staff
• Assisting with the interior decoration of new additions to the Firm’s property portfolio
• Generating promotional and marketing content for new offerings
• Organising documents, maintaining records and feeding data into various software applications
Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years graduate (or equivalent) work experience
• Working knowledge of popular customer relationship management and accounting software would be useful but not essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 suite would be useful but not essential
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative and logistics coordination
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technology savvy
